My home caught fire.so i put this very small pile of stuff on the street to be picked up by the garbage collection people.so they charged me with dumping.I refused to pay it .I told the magistrate NO WAY will I pay that fifty dollar fine .she said but the policeman wouldnt have given you the ticket if your not suposed to pay it.I said again NO WAY will i pay that darn ticket, I left I never heard any more about it.Its not on my record .she dropped it i quess.dropped IT .So the worst time to take a dump is after your darn home catches fire in South Carolina
