What kind of new inventions do you think will be invented?

Question

I'm doing a survery for english on what kind of new things will be on earth in 50 years. I don't want to know if you'll be dead, or married. I want to know things like what you expect transpertation to be like, or the environment, government, population, entertainment. So what do you think?

Actually Barkley, Ray Bradbury had a pretty good guess that there'd be bigger screen'd t.v's in the future, and back then t.v was just coming out.

- Quantum computers.
- Space elevators.

I think (in 50 years) we might finally have that fabled flying car they had in the Jetsons. The enviornment will be plastic and shiny, like a new pair of sunglasses. The U.S. government will eventually get closer to the end of that 8,000,000,000,000 dollar debt, and the population will be bigger than ever. Some new entertainment.... hmm. Maybe the robots made in Japan will come over here to the U.S. and we will upgrade those for singers or something... but that's just me.

There is no way we could guess. 50 years ago nobody would say that we would have calculators that cost $1, home computers more powerful than any mainframe in existence, flat screen TV's. Look in any 50 year old science fiction movie. Where they right? Anything we guess now will be a joke in 50 years.

I hope that the new way teaching will be through via internet because tuition is so high and getting higher
