The video says "The Hamsterdance Song" by Hampton the Hamster! Not sure who sang this originally, but the tune is Cotton Eyed Joe. The song was covered by the band Rednex in 1994, under the name "Cotton Eye Joe".

Not me, although they tried me out, I sang it like a cat's choir, so they never told me the title of the song, and I never got paid.
