I have always felt like I should have been born in the 70's. I am 26 but I am in love with everything 70's.Clothes,movies,hair, humor.I feel out of place today.

I think I also should be living the disco era! I could listen to donna summer, watch shaft, and shake my bellbottoms all day! I always think of that, like, what if i was born in 1960, then during the 70's I would be preteen- teenager age and having too much fun!

Definately, at times. I am 28 and have often imagined what it woulda been like to be a teenager or 20-something in the 70s. I watch a few tv shows and sometimes movies from the 70s and am fascinated by it. But this feeling just comes and goes in phases for me and I think its normal for some people to wonder what the grass is like on the other side. Especially those who have a strong and curious imagination, like myself.

Wrong place, wrong time, wrong era. Yep, I feel you. Maybe in another life, you WERE born in the 70's. Perhaps your "love" is based on memories. You are probably exactly where you should be now, you just don't like it, because living in the 70's was a much better place and time for you.

Sometimes, then I think about the sexual harassment laws., and I'm glad I live in a time where a lot of things are no longer acceptable.
