Do you like it? My son is having a hard time getting up in the morning still. But I enjoy having more daylight in the early evenings. It seems weird that it's remains dark in the morning until almost 7:30-8:00 a.m.

In the morning you can try bright light therapy for your son. The light stimulates the optic nerve and regulates the production of melatonin. You do not necessarily need the fancy light box. Just use the brightest lights you have.

I too mind that is still dark when I get up (I know that will change). What I have a hard time with when "springing forward" is the first 3 days is OK but by the 4th and 5th day I am worn out. And the fact that just the day before it was still daylight when I got up.
Wish they would do it in 15 minute increments a week for a month so we could acclimate.

I do not like Daylight Savings Time, but since I live in a state that observes it, I'll get used to it, just like I have all these years.

I really hate it and think daylight saving time should be done away with altogether.
What really angers me with the new time is that my daughter was just starting to wait for the morning bus in the daylight. Now she's plunged back into the dark while she waits for her bus.

The answer above mine made me giggle.

I heard on the radio instead of setting the clocks an hour back next fall, they are going to set them forward another hour. They will keep doing that each spring and fall until they have make a complete loop on the clock. Then they will go backwards.

i like it. it is hard to get up in the morning tho. the weather is nice to. i just wish i didn't have to set forward an hour and lose an hour of sleep instead of setting them an hour back and gaining an hour of sleep! i guess it is just the way the world works in its mysteries ways.

It's been a headache! Trying to get the kids used to it on top of doing it myself has been a real pain!
