ok my printer will work for eveything except micro soft works. it has always worked for it in past but now all it does is send to printer and the ican in tray say documents pending but is does not print. what do i need to do to fix this. i tryed restarting the computer but it did not help.

Sometime's you get document's set in printer to print by accident and they don't print.There just setting there.Go in and check your printer document cache.It's where form's you enter go to printer.If there are thing's waiting to be printed your document won't print till that is cleared out.Click on printer icon and see if it open's a list or a page for that.I know i have had that problem and that was my trouble.

You will need to reinstall the printer driver. You can go to Microsoft.com and find the correct driver, download it and install it.
