Pippa Funnell for PC?

My niece has bought 2 copies of this game recently from 2 seperate places,but neither copy will load on 2 different P.C's!!
Has anyone else had trouble with this game?

Hi there.

I don't know the game but if neither copy is working I would get your Niece to take them back to get either a replacement/refund. Good luck :)
