Think about why he's your ex...
Start thinking more positively about your husband and spending more time with him, and showing him some more affection. You'll forget about that ex of yours sooner than ya think.

First let me say i wont judge you I'll only give my opinion. A marriage is something that is sacred an those vowels should only be shared by the man and the women that's in the marriage. I've never been married before but I am in a 2 year relationship with a man that i love ever so much and yes i have had feelings for my ex. And if i were married or in your position I'd pray first and ask god to remove those feelings. Than I'll sit and think about what my husband really means to me.Second I wouldn't let my self be in a position with my ex to let those feelings turn into something I'd regret later. And last but not least remember that what you do will come back to you. I've been hurt in a relationship before that feeling is one you cant explain. So live, love, and stay bless.

Try to remember WHY he is just that...YOUR EX! You married your husband because you love him and wanted to spend the rest of your life with him. There is a reason (or reasons) why you are no longer with that other guy. You should focus on your husband and not on the past. If you think that your marriage has "lost something" and you want your marriage to last, then try to figure out what has happend and do your best to fix it.

GET OVER IT!! Dont dwell on it and keep thinking about him. Start thinking about WHY you are married to your husband and why the other is an EX-BOYFRIEND. Nothing can be so hurtful to your husband as something like this!!

Think about your wedding vows. Think about how it would feel if you found out your husband cheated on you. Think about your husband not your ex. Your ex is your ex for a reason. Put your past where it belongs and look to your future with your husband.

what is going on in your marriage? that's where you need to start. this has very little to do with the ex. seek counseling and don't act on your feelings. talk with your husband more.

You need to grow up. He's an ex for a reason, try remembering it. You also need to remember that you took marriage vows.

Stop thinking about him and get some help! You need to talk to someone, and if you are still in contact with your ex you need to stop that. There is no way to get over him if you are always talking to him.

If you are bored or unhappy in your marriage, it may cause you to reminisce on the old love. Don't do it!! Take it for what it is, a pleasant old memory. Make yourself happy with your husband. your idle fantasies might negatively affect your relationship with him.

You've got to make an effort to get over it. Build up your self-esteem, keep busy, enjoy your marriage - and you won't need to live in a fantasy land.

If you want to keep the marriage strong, keep this feeling on the level of fantasy. In fantasy you can do anything you want (masturbate your head off) and no one will know. Fantasy affairs don't count as cheating.
