Why is it so hard to contact a manufacturer just to thank them? I recently ordered some DIMM's for my Dell and got them in two days. I was shocked, and pleasantly surprised. I
tried to send Dell an E-mail to thank them for such good service but for some reason I can't . I know that companies get
a lot of crap when a customer is dissatisfied, but I believe they should be commended when they do things right also. If anyone from Dell is reading this - Hey, thanks guys.

By the way. the DIMM's worked great
and did a world of wonder for my 'puter

Ordinarily, when you send an email to their Contact Us link, at their website, they should get it, but, whether or not they'll respond to your email is a different kettle of fish.
