a gentleman! nothing is more charming than a guy that does the little things like opening doors for a girl. A guy that is caring nd sensitive but also a protector, someone she can count on.

I know I am with a charming person when he (or she) compliments me just to make me feel good. A charming person will exhibit a sincere interest in whatever topic I want to talk about and tactfully lead the conversation in a different direction when he (or she) has had enough. A charming person leaves me wanting more of his (or her) company.

I also, don't like the word "charming". I used to go out with a guy who was a narcissist or snake charmer for lack of a better word.
I like it when men are attentive to women by opening the car door and pulling out her chair. Nice manners and attentive to his lady would be my definition of charming.

Charming, isnt that a characteristic all its own. When you say a person is charming, witty, intellegent.... I dont know how to describe charming. I guess its a person who knows how to sweettalk their way into other people.

A man treating you like a lady. Open doors, call you on the phone just to see how you are, holding out a chair. Little things like that.

well...I would say that as long as a guy is not too over obsessive over himself, has a good heart even if he doesn't act like it, has an open mind, sensitive but efficient and tough when the time comes...um...the ability to interpret a woman's mood, that's important!
okay, that's about it!

I don't like to use the word "charm" as it has a witchy ring to it.
If you're asking me what's attractive in a man...I'd say intelligence, strength, protectiveness...and I married a man who has these qualities.
