life span is about the same-
you are comparing 99% to 98 1/2%.
honda has better ergonomics, though.

well it all depends whats model car your buying? are you after sports or family car i would say all round toyota would be the better car comparing a toyota camrey and honda accord for family car the camrey has much better engine but in looks wise i like the honda accord in sport cars toyota supra very good car great engine kills the honda prelude, civic, integra, but if you like v-tec go for honda i prefer supra twin turbo and the look of the supra very good control systems. But i would choose nissan if your after sport car. Very good range of high performance cars you got skylines GTR-GTS-GTS-T-GTT r32,r33,r34 v spec many more models to choose from very top car, 180sx the Type- X great car for drifting, silvia s13, 200sx, s14-s15,specs very quick , pulsar Gti-r, sss, could go on into detail but just giving you an overall view go for nissan.

you cant lose with either make... both lines of automobiles are made for the average working class, they run for weeks on a tank of gas, and will last until your so sick of them that you want them to break so you can get a new car! :) i have a 92 honda accord thats been my daily driver since i got my license and it has been through IT ALL, lol. the odometer (mile counter) broke 3 years ago with 226,000 miles on it and it still runs like new to this day! (it definatly has more than 300,000 miles now) my car is a tribute to Hondas everywhere!! lol.
