Red would be great as would a dark purple. White would provide a striking contrast. I'm guessing your undertones are cool. Any of the jewel tones will work (sapphire, ruby, amethyst, emerald...you get the idea) as well as black and white.
For warm undertones, you can try different shades of brown, gold and green (think autumn colors).
Pastels will wash you out so avoid those.

I think for you, wearing more subdued colors would work well as a good contrast to your skin tone. The best: a pale blue, mint green, or even a brighter orange. I hope this helps.

Best thing is to get some bits of material in colours that you like and test them. Stand in front of a mirror and put each piece in turn across your chest covering your clothes - in a normal light of course.
This is what consultants do. Some colours make you look BAD. Others you will go "Yeah!" Also, white clothes should never be whiter than your teeth, otherwise your teeth look yellow.

Any blue-toned, bright colors: Dark red, royal blue, emerald green. That would bring out your skin tone and your eyes. Also, just pure white would look good on you.

Sounds like you got the look..go with brighter colors in summer to highlight your complexion, muted (toned down) colors in fall and winter.
