target----10 dollars for a piece (20 for whole thing)
old navy----12 dollars for a piece (24 for whole thing)
target has plainer colors, old navy has fun patterns
whatever fits your style

old navy, i'm not sure if it's in the price range but, they are not too skimpy. or penny's, they are usually not too expensive.
