Track season is about to start and there was one guy that kept beating me last year and i am making it my goal to beat him at the 100m and 200m this year. Is there any excersises i can do to make me faster?

Have you ever seen those things that you like tie around you that are really heavy and you have to drag it and run along? Do you know what I mean? Well, try one of those. Pulling the extra weight will strengthen you legs, stamina, etc if you do it routinely. After awhile, you take all the weight off and ZOOM! You're off and winning.

Haha i know a kid who walked around school with 10 pound weights on each foot for like a week and he got a lot of leg strength

try doing some weightlifting to increase your muscles strenght and also do pylometrics to increase your agility soon enough you will see an increase oon your speed
