I think the people of Cuba are happy with Fidel because he helped to erradicate that pesky tourism problem they where having back in the 50's.
I wonder what the Vegas odds are.

The people of Cuba are NOT happy. Ever been there? The people pray every day for Castro to die. All I heard were people crying about the fact that they had no rights, crummy jobs, and even crummier homes. Which is a shame since Cuba is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. If Castro does survive to see the next election, he would only win because the people are so scared of his regime. I hope to god this dictator doesn't see the '08 election, and I hope even more that the people of Cuba can finally find true happiness and freedom.

Fidel's not a president, he's a dictator--and has been since 1959. If his health continues to go downhill, I understand that he has brothers and sons who will most likely take over.
