Only if the meat and bread are male. However, if the cheese is also male, that's a triple male, so that cancels them all out and makes the whole thing female. If however, one (only one) piece of lettuce is female on an otherwise all male sandwich, that cancels out the cancelling and the whole thing reverts back to its original male state. Watch out, though, there are alot of breads out there, (especially the ryes) who are impersonating females, so that could mess up your entire sandwich, and yes, you could indeed be pregnant.
