On my Sims game, I accidently deleted the taxi car when it was at my house, and now I can't take my Sim downtown!
Downtown still exists, and the taxi comes to the other houses, but is there a code to get it back at this house or can this sim never go there again??

The call taxi for downtown is gone too
And I don't have a manuel booklet thing

i don't know how in the world you did that. but did you call the taxi to make sure? if you did i don't know. but sims is an awesome game. [ha if you have a taxi] just kidding. : D

What you need to do is navigate to the directory where your saved games are stored, then copy those to another location.
Reinstall the game, then copy over your original save file back to the location it was at.
Should fix your problem, unless the issue is in the save file, in which case, you need to start a new game.
