I think most everyone would agree that Christopher Reeves was a great Superman.
And I think Tom Welling does an excellent job in Smallville. I'd like to see him play the role of an older Superman in the future.

I would say Dean Cain as over the years while the show was on we got to know Superman in a more personnel way and watch him grow into the man we know today.Remember the pilot movie and Martha was making all different types of tights for him.When the show came to a close , he was married to lois and had a baby on the way.........it was full circle of the story.

i think christopher reeves was great at superman, especially in no.2 when he fights himself
brandon routh is probably the most popular though in todays world as Superman returns came into our lives when the superhero craze was hitting everywhere. Routh continues to carry the torch.. superman will be forever !!!!
Lois Laine and Lex Luthor in Superman Returns SUCKED though

I personally hated most of the movies although the recent one was very good. I loved Lois&Clark so my vote is Dean Cain.
