Pixar films are made not to offend anyone or show negative things.
Disney Classics are great. Although they portray some negative things like smoking and magic they are good movies and have been for years.
Exposes them to both because both are lovely.

i'd say that younger kids probably get a kick out of the musical aspects of all of the disney classics, but by about age 7 or so, the pixar ones win the vote.

Disney Classics because they are mostly the fairy tails and story every little kid dreams and hears of. I grew up with Disney, the Little Lermaid. Pocahontas, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Fox and the Hound, 101 Dalmations, etc.
