Yes you can...We have a horse ranch and i throw that stuff in the gardens, over the side of a hill (hey gotta get rid of it) and it wont burn your plants...

Yes but I might mix it with something else rather than use it straight. It should not burn the plants as long as the manure does not touch the plants. Mix the manure in the soil but dont allow the manure to directly touch the plants. Slightly composted is better than freshup. Fresh manure and maybe partially composted usually carry weed seeds so watch out for healthy weeds that a horse might have eaten. They may sprout up in your garden from the manure.

Absolutely. I've used horse manure for years, and as long as you till it in either late in the fall or early in the spring and don't use too much fresh manure, I've never had problems with any "burning" of transplants.

I just spread it and water well. It's easy. i have never burned a plant. Watering well is the key. I use sterilized manure to avoid EColi contamination. Most people don't get violently ill but it's that one that will. Have a great garden

you can but i will recommend you to use chicken or turkey manure mixed with soft soil.
