1. yawn and rub eyes.
2. stretch a lot.
3. drink a cup of tea/coffee.
4. lie down on the bed and close my eyes to relax for awhile.
5. go and exercise with someone.
6. take a shower.
but mostly, i just go to sleep :D

what i do i say im going for a snooze or if i want it to be less then 6 hours than i call it a 3 hours of peace in bed somethink like that.
