Where can you find a good Akasuki costume? I can't find one.

Make one! Get a black robe first. Then, cut some of the wing-like things on the real Akatsuki costume out of red felt and glue them on with fabric glue or crazy glue. Next, buy a straw hat at a costume store, and you're done!
