ok so i work out but muscle weighs so much! i've tried not eating but i love food. i wanna lose weight really fast how do i do it???

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I used The Body for Life diet. Lost weight like a madman during the 12 weeks. Stick to the programme regarding excercise and nutrition and you will be possibly at the weight you want at about 6 weeks.
