It's 4:04pm, Thursday March 15th and the sky is a beautiful pale blue with no clouds in site. The wind is softly blowing and the sun is still out. People are wearing shorts and tee shirts because the temperature is 85 degrees. It's nice to live in Southern California (until you get the bills).

A very dark inky blue colour with lots of lovely twinkly stars.

The black you get when the moon is shining brightly on a cloudless night and it's late enough that most of the lights I'm trying to see it through are off! Most sensible people have gone to bed! I call it evening black it's not quite as dark as 2am black! When it gets that dark even this insomniac knows its time to sleep!
