What are some of the best tv shows that were underrated/over looked and never were able to go beyond one season? Not just current but also from anytime.

Does anyone remember "Eerie Indiana"? It aired on NBC from about 1991-1993. I'll never figure out why that show only lasted 1 season. All the episodes are on DVD. I think you can buy them individually too.

Nowhere Man
It was a launch series for UPN. In it, Bruce Greenwood played photographer Tom Vail, a man whose identity had been erased. All he had was the negative of a photo he had taken he titled "Hidden Agenda."
As the series progressed, he began to uncover a major conspiracy surrounding him and the photo. The final episode threw a whole new spin on the whole thing, and many people (myself included) hated the fact that it was never picked up for a second season.
