Was supposed to recieve a check second Wed in March but did not Who to call ?

Get real. You call the Social Security administration. Use this same computer to go to the Social Security web site and call the 800 number. You should have received a notice about six weeks before your first check that would give you all of the details.

Did you check with your bank?? Soc. Sec. does not usually send checks ~ It preferres to do everything via direct deposit, which is far better for you in the long run....
You can also check there web site....
And if all that doesn't work you will need to go to your local Soc. Sec. office in person with all of your paper work showing your award so they can verify everything....
