ok, I'm 15 n doctor said its ok for me to lift. I play football n I play qb. My max on the bench is 115. I wanna get it up to 150 as soon as possible. I can only go to the weight room two times a week. can you please gimme a workout plan? i basicaly want to work on my upperbody so any other tips will also be a help. thank you. n triceps also.

just do regular workouts at home like:pushups,sit-ups,crunches etc but be careful when ur doing them

start knitting right away, it really builds up your biceps
