Does anyone know who Martin Green is? He did a review for Brave New World on the back of the book...but I have never heard of him..any ideas?

At first I was thinking of Martin Greenberg who is a professor in Green Bay. I posted a message in a science fiction group I belong to and if I find something, I will post it here for you.
I am guessing he was a professor somewhere. I can't see them using a musician to endorse this book.
