Any suggestions for getting the mucus out of the back of my babies sinus. I don't get anything when i suction or with Benadryl, Tylenol cold, saline drops. My pediatrician doesn't seem concerned but I'm his mom and it isn't normal.

Ok, I know this is going to sound harsh, but this IS completely normal. If a baby gets stuffy and congested when they are very young, they won't get rid of it until they are able to blow their noses. I know it seems like it would be bad, but I promise it doesn't hurt them. And, your child will be chronically stuffy and have a runny nose, pretty much through toddler years. If you are concerned, the only thing you can do is watch for fevers. As long as baby is eating, sleeping, wetting diapers, and active like normal, and no fevers, no reason to worry.

Doesn't sound normal to me. I have 4 children, ages 11, 8, 3, and 2 months. They were not congested at all at that age. There might be something around your house your baby is allergic to. Babies can get allergies. Be firm and ask your pediatrician if he/she doesnt seem to be concerned, ask for a second opinion.

it is standard for toddlers at that age to have consistent congestion. Its part of them starting to be up mine is 4 months now and he does not get as congested yet nonetheless has buggies.. besides i take advantage of the nasal aspirator, the customary practitioner additionally instructed me to apply saline drops then suck the mucus out with the aspirator i in my view did no longer use saline drops yet he's starting to be out of this state besides. If he fights a pacifier that would mean he does not like it and hence you need to no longer attempt to stress it on him. I hear that no longer all toddlers want pacifiers. What I do whilst my effectual angel is fussy I provide him a bathtub in the previous mattress time, then placed the toddler cream then sing, and nurse him and study him his bedtime tale.. he then is going to sleep and not extra fussy in any respect. stable success, sorry my answer is so long I only understand what you're dealing with. Oh and confident its standard.

Sounds like your little one has a food allergy. Most do not know that food allergies cause what your describing.

If your BFing I would suggest food elimination in your diet. If your FFing then I would suggest switching formula.

Also cut out smoking and pets around your child too. It could be caused by that.
