Im supposed to go to the well behind the mages guild in (I forgot th town) and get the ring of burden. When I go down the well the ring is no where to be found. My friend has the computer version of the game and says that there was a dead body down there for him which contained the ring. Is it a bug on the Xbox 360 version or am I missing something?

I've heard tales of a glitch in the game where people would leave the well without the ring to lighten their stuff (it weighs 150 lbs. if I recall), but when they come back for the ring it and the body are gone. You may be screwed. :(

make sure you are swimming all the way to the bottom. if i remember correctly, and i could be wrong, you will come to a hard to see second hole in the well that leads to an even lower chamber which should contain the body. the hole will have a very large fish in it. make sure you either drop your items or have something with the feather spell on it to allow for 150 pounds.

First of all, do you see a dead body down there? And and make sure you're not expelled from the Mages Guild. (P.S. It was Cheydinhal!)
