Try taking a quick walk in the morning. Just a walk before you get to work or school or whatever. It helps a ton!

You should exercise almost every day and eat healthy food (vitamines, etc.), if you do this then you'll wake up feeling alive!

eat right and excercise. see what happens dont have coffeb4 bed and if it goes on to long ask doctor
