Hi,
Have you ever heard of Himalayan Goji Juice? The immune system is your body’s armed forces1 More than 40 years of research have revealed goji’s ability to regulate immunity by commanding and controlling many of the body’s important defense functions. Goji polysaccharides enhance and balance the activity of all classes of immune cells’ including T-cells, cytotoxic T-cells, lysozyme, tumor necrosis factor-alpha and the immunoglobulins lgG and lgA.

Homeopathic remedies work well. If you tend to be prone to colds take echinacea. You can't take it constantly or it doesn't work as well. But taking it every day for a week then a week without it will help. Get some Airborne (which contains echinacea as well as good vitamins and lots more). Here's a link:

I took it when I went to a conference and almost everyone got sick (deathly ill as a matter of fact) and my roommate was one of them but I didn't! It's also good to take it when flying since the cabins recirculate the air and people are coughing ll over the place..

There's a pure essential oil blend called "Thieves" that you might want to consider getting. It's very strong and smells like cloves, but you can use it in a diffuser and inhale it that way or you can put 1 little drop in a quart of water and drink it. It got its name from people who stripped valuables off the bodies that were infected with the black plague (I think). They took this stuff or wore in on scarves over their faces to keep from contracting the disease. You might want to google it.
Also, the herb Enchanesia , works well. But you can't take it consistently. You have to take it 2 weeks on and 1 week off or something like that because your body might get immune to its effectiveness.

try to sweat it off by staying in thick layers, even if it gets too hot, don't take off the covers. you can sweat the virus out of you.
drink lots of liquids to flush it out of your system. esp OJ because it has a lot of vitamin c and acids to clean out your body.
if your sinuses are irritated and runny, boil some Coke soda with lemon juice and honey. drink it.
rub ginger around your nostrils, forehead, and bridge of nose.
& most importantly, try to eat regularly to gain energy!
