The government has just turned every crime of the mafia into a legitamite business. Credit cards lend money for profit, and try to ruin peoples lives so they have to pay.No matter if they raise the interest rate if you are late on payment.They have fees totaling over 100.00 sometimes just to sign up to use the credit card. The gov. is just as corrupt, and only care about themselves.

they are not the same to me
the mafia we don't have in Egypt , they all are toys in the governmental Mafia's hand and when the government is enough from them they squeeze them and as if they never exist
here we have strong familial relations
if i was at the department of power and you did any harm to my cousins cousin you have to start depending on sunlight :D
if you want to contract anew line you have to wait so long time if you are my relative it will be a present from me if it was legal or I'll finish it during few hours if it was illegal such as people want electricity from a place near to then but they don't have the rights to take from , and so on
some one at the people's council for salamon brought 50 million LE to his constituency SALAMOON to help in its development he is now called the 50 millions man
this is the governmental mafia we have , it is always good for some one , and not bad at all

the only difference between the mafia and the government is that the government doesn't pay the mafia to not squeal on them

The Mafia at least protects its own (at least each family protects the members of its own family).
The Government kills Americans for no other reason than their personal power.
And the Government Mafia can't even protect its own (just ask Scooter and Rummy, and Brownie, and Colin, and Tenet, etc.).
I would have to go with the Mafia being the best of the three, with the government being the worst (you can't fault them that badly for not protecting their own who went against the law--though they were the ones who ordered it and didn't cover it up properly). But you can fault them for not protecting the Americans they were specifically charged to protect. To my understanding that is the whole point of their existence, to protect Americans.
