Not necessarily!
Cheating, just like any mistake, can be learned from and remedied.
Yes, there are men & women who cheat once & can't stop cheating. There are also men & women who cheat once for whatever reason & they know it's wrong & they never do it again. Just because someone cheats once that doesn't mean that you cannot trust them again at all.
If that person realizes the mistake & wants to make things right.... everyone deserves a second chance! However; if they want to make things right after every time they cheat & they cheat often.... it's obvious that the person has no intention of changing their mistakes.
The problem with most people is they try to pigeon-hole people into one category. All cheaters will cheat on you for the rest of their lives.... That's not true! Not everyone falls into the same category.

Correct. Precise. Down to the point. A cheater won't leave his cheating trade. Just like a leopard can't get rid of his spots. A cheater through and through. If I had my way I would mark them like the Scarlet Letter.

Really depends on the character of the cheater. Some think that because they got away with it once, they can get away with it again. Some get caught and don't care- they'll do it again. Some get caught and hurt someone really bad and vow to never do it again. Some get the tables turned on them and finally feel what it's like.

It depends on the person. I think for the most part this statement is true, because humans are bond to make mistakes and once you fall in the sin chances are if you have the opportunity it will happen again, but of course every rule has an exception.

Yes. I cheated at Monopoly once when I was 10 and have never played a fair game since.

That's what they say. A person can change. Takes a long time and a real effort. I know I did.
