Um, sorry but you're wrong ;0(
The Old man is Raoul and the woman is Madam Giry. (Megs mom). You see Raoul at the end putting the musical box with the monkey on Christines grave.
The phantom is way cuter than that... hehe

The old man in the wheelchar in the begining of the movie is Raoul, the Viscount Di Chagny.
The old woman is Madame Giry, as Christine Daae is deceased. Some presume that it is Meg Giry, her daughter, but that is mistaken. Meg Giry would be Madmoiselle Giry, not Madame, which implies that a woman is married. If Meg was, in fact married, then she would take her husband's name (now being Madame ___)
This confuses many people so you are not the only one! They mention their names, said by the auctioneer, if you listen closely.
Hope this helped!

Nope. The old man was the count that Christine fell in love with and eventually married. He called her little Laudie. The old woman was her blond friend, the ballet teachers daughter.
