ok it sounds silly, but theres 2 answers to this. i just wanna see wat ppl put. no matter wat u put, u'll still have 2 points :)

wow alot of the answers u hav are ones i havent even thought of. the one i had in mind was actually quite simple. but very clever with the binary, 11, and a wife and husband. :)

In base 10, the answer is 2.
In base 2, the answer is 10. (Note that this is not "ten," but "one - zero." "Ten" only makes sense as a concept in base ten.)

coming to programming languages,you can't put '+' in a string(you have written "1+1".).Assumin it is of String type.
