with the 12yr old girl being pregnant ,she had sex at 11 with a 12 yr old boy who is now 13 she taught that he was the father but turn out he wasn't........isn't sad that kids are having sex i'm 17 now and i think i' m still too young and not ready for that

I've seen shows on the old Sally Jesse Raphael and Rickie Lake talk shows about 12 years old girls with babies. The one on Maury was unique in the sense that it had a DNA test to go along with it. You're right; it is sad that young girls have the time and lack of sex education to have sex and make babies at age 11 and 12.

The problems that are enabling this epidemic is that a lot of young girls are lacking the presence of their fathers in their lives, conversations about sex education and contraceptives with their mothers, and something productive to do after school. Parents have to really step up and be there for their children and not count on schools to educate their kids about sex and self respect.
