Its not even close to the middle of April yet! Relax, baby has plenty of time to turn! One of my girls didn't turn until AFTER they induced me.

It depends on whether it's feet or bottom are presenting (the part coming first). A feet first breech baby is easier to deliver than a bottom first breech.
If the doctor treating your sister is concerned, they may book a cesearean section so it's safer, but breech babies are born everyday naturally and healthy.

tell your sister to try and place a flashlight (on) at the bottom of her belly, with all of the lights in that room off. Do it while she watches tv or something. And she might have to do it everyday for a week or something but have her do it, it will help to make the baby start turning, my mom had to do it with 2/4 of us! and we turned for her! so have her try it it might just work wounders for her! good luck and i hope this helps, tell her congrads!

It can be dangerous but if your sister has her baby at the hospital everything should be just fine.
