i had my hcg levels checked and they were 251 and 2 days later they were 681 is this a good sighn as far as the pregnancy goes as nobody is telling me much and ive been very scared

That is great.. they should be doubling every 2 days. Though in some cases they may not double and it still be ok. Like me mine started to slow down in the beginning and they thought I was miscarring and I am now 34 wks along.. so do not let the numbers freak you out. Stay calm and take your vitamins watch your sugar intake and slow down on the sodium intake as well. Good luck and Congrats!

I'm assuming you're fairly early in your pregnancy. If so then you've more than doubled in 48hrs which is great. If you want you can input your #s at betabase.info to see exactly what your double time is and compare your #s with other women as far along as you. Ideally your HCG should double every 36-60 hrs in the beginning up until about 8-9 weeks when the levels peak. As the placenta develops it takes on the role of sustaining your little bean until delivery and your HCG level will actually drop.

I work in a doctors office, and unfortunately I don't think it's good. The level is supposed to double or triple in the first few days, so your level doesn't seem to be rising properly. Ask for another test, or maybe an ultrasound. Been in your situation also! Good luck!

Yes, that looks pretty good. On average, beta numbers should double in 48 hours. If your blood was drawn about the same time for both tests, it would put you at a 33 hour doubling time, which is pretty normal. Yes it is very good and normal everyday your hcg level should double! if your that worried about it ask your dr. good luck and i hope this helps

Talk to your doctor, if you have the lab reports, so does he. Call him right away, as he has other information about your condition. Internet folks don't have that, ask the proper person. Best wishes

my OB told me that hcg levels would double every day until i deliver the baby. its totally normal and ok.
