can you enable flash on 3.10 without wifi or internet?

is there any way i can enable flash on my psp without using wifi on my psp . cant i just download a file that will enable it

you need to get it off a cd which somebody with internet access could burn for you.

there is no way, unless you have installed and flashed dark alex's 3.03OE-A firmware. If you have that installed you can hold R when booting up the psp, and change it in the recovery options, without the need for wifi connectivity.

put the update on a cd then you can get it because you got a computer and you got internet
