why do you get white goopy things on your lips? how can u help it and not get it?

White goopy things? It's probably saliva from licking your lips, or a mix of dead skin and dried drool. It sounds gross, but it's really common in U.S.
First check if it really IS saliva and/or dead skin. If it is, stop licking your lips; it's bad for you if you do it overexcessively because it can chap the outer covering of your lips. Buy ChapStick--about $1 at the drugstore--and swipe it on whenever your lips feel dry and chapped.
Voila! Solution!
(For extra-glossy lips, dab on ChapStick, and then put your choice of lip gloss OVER the ChapStick.)

Even though it's expensive you need to buy at least 1 really high quality lip gloss. It's way better than a whole truckload of cheap ones. Try Mac or Sephora and ask the people there what the best one is.

What are the white goopy things? I would not use the kind of lipgloss that your using becouse you could be allergic to it. Hope I could help!!!

I usaly have that on my lips when i wake up. What i do is i just use a wet cloth to wipe it off then i use a strong chapstick before i put on my lipgloss.

Um.. I've never had that before but I suggest you get cloth or something and put it under warm water and rubb it on your lips until it comes off.

use a toothbrush to get the dead skin off- then get a good lipgloss- lancome's juicy tubes are awesome; when ure not wearing the gloss wear chapstick to moisturize

sometimes lip gloss expires. if yours has an expiration date, it means that it is made of natural edible elements. so check the exp. date and if not that, maybe youre using too much or maybe if it is cheap?

buy better lip gloss or it might b chaped lips so chap stick
