theres this really funny guy in my classroom, weve known each other forever and our moms are best friends, he asked me out and my friends dont like him and i only want to be friends with him, but theres a pert of me that doesn't want to only be friends...and thinks we could be more...what should i do??? please no joking answers!!

You will learn in time that the only person's opinion that counts is yours. If you like him, go out with him. He is funny because he wants to see you happy. Let him know..in time, that you want to be more than friends. Enjoy him and let him enjoy you.

Does it really matters what ur friends think? They should respect your choices in people you like! Maybe you should tell the guy that you want to contiue being friends for a little while and take it slow! Tell him friends are forever, while boyfriends dont always last long....just talk to both ur friendz about this and him about how you are feeling!

your friends are not running your life are they? if you want to go out with the boy then give it a try who really is it going to hurt. your friends that is your true friends will except your chose and then the other ones dont really matter.

I think you should forget about what your friends think of him,it only matters what you think. If they can't accept himas your boyfriend or accept you then they don't need to be your friends. Just follow your heart and good luck!

i would go out with him he sounds really nice...hes funny and your mom likes his parents!Maybe yuor friends are jealous that he is such a nice kid.
or: if you dont think that there jealous, ask them what they dont like about him.If you like him...thent hats all that matters!

go out with him as just friends... you should start hanging around more often... and with time who knows you can become more than friends... but take it step by step... go with the guy just as friends... who knows maybe he likes you too!

thats good, cause your friends dont have to go out with him. if hes a nice guy, and treats you good, they will see this and change their opinion-maybe they are jealous.
