I wanted to get certified to become all those things, even though I mainly want to focus on the real estate aspect the most. Is it a good idea to take on so much? How are the classes and what does it take to survive in the cut throat real estate market? Where would be the best place to get licensed and where would be the best place to practice? After I do get my license where would I go from there?

In some states it's illegal to be both a real estate agent and a loan officer. Better check it out first.
