ANYONE? Working your "dream job"? What jobs pay $18 an hr? Where are they? What city has the best job pay?

I want to move but don't know where to move to, (in the USA). I want to move where the weather is GREAT, jobs PAY well! and crime is LOW!! Any suggestions? (No guessing PLEASE only give me info that you KNOW to be fact. Thnx so much!! :)

I love my job, I make over $20/hr, but I'm in a specialized field. The best paying cities are also the most expensive, so you can't really compare. It doesn't matter if the pay in New York is twice as much, if rent is 3x as much.

If you want great weather, San Diego (where I live) is wonderful, but housing prices (both for sale and for rent) are downright ridiculous (high). But, ideal weather for you may be different--I hate snow, but if you want a full range of seasons, you need to look somewhere else.

So I guess what I'm saying is you need to figure out what you want (more specifically) and then start investigating parts of the country, and finding out if they have openings in your field. For example, if you want to work in Biotech, you can't move to Montana, just because you like the area.

I love my job and the pay is unlimited! I work for Combined Ins, and you can work anywhere!! So, knowing that, find an area that appeals to you, and call Combined for an interview!! If I could just move anywhere, I would check out Chapel Hill, NC. My aunt lives there and she loves it!! Good luck.
