unless your in the change, then there is some type of problem. It could be a hormonal problem or chemical imbalance. I had the same problem and it turned out to be a polyp in my uterus. you should see an obgyn asap. This could also be a sign of a more serious problem. Don't worry about it at this point, just see you doctor and get a pap and blood test, an ultrasound may even be necessary.

I don't get periods on my own anymore because I have PCOS, which is a pretty common hormone imbalance. I'm ttc, so my doctor gave me provera to get a period and clomid so I will ovulate. It actually worked the first month, but I had an early miscarriage.
You should talk with your doctor to find out why you aren't having periods, and what you can do to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Some women just have abnormal periods. My sisters and I are all like that. Also if you're a teen it may take a few years before your body finds it's rhythm. Take a pregnancy test just to be sure.

are you taking any medication? under stress or changed you diet? your body could just be going through changes if there is no pain i dont feel as if it is serious but if you are going along time with out a period you may need to see your doctor i had the same problem they gave me a shot and my periods have been normal since good luck

Yeah its common i too have abnormal periods but i use to have them very regular, my problem is from taking bc for a while, but i am currently taking prometrium to help get my body back on track go see ur gyno he'll probably prescribe u either prometrium or provera! good luck!

I hope you have seen a doc cause this is not normal.
Is it your first year of period I mean are you still veryyoung, cause sometimes this is normal in the beginning..
