When I was a young boy, around 7 or 8 years old, I was introduced to my 13-year-old babysitter's breasts. She allowed me to fondle them and play with them. She was aroused. But I was too young to actually engage in legitimate sex. I was also grossed out by womanly wetness. But I also got the opportunity to play with my 14-year-old babysitter's breasts. We let my little 4-year-old sister play too, even though she doesn't remember and didn't take any interest. I enjoyed myself throroughly, I was aroused (though I was not mature enough to finish), and I really liked it. Was this illegal behavior? Could my parents have pressed charges? And who would get in trouble, the girls or their parents?

It was definitely abuse, but since she was underage as well, the legal punishment would have been minimal. Unless the girl had a history of this behavior, I don't know how the parents could have been held liable, but then again, this is America...I'm sure the right lawyer could have found a way to sue.

Yes, it was/is illegal. It doesn't matter if you liked it or not. The babysitter shouldn't have been allowed alone with you. Most likely they were abused as children too. Your parents could have pressed charges and the girls probably would have been the ones in trouble.

As you were left in the girl's charge and she was responsible for you. She is guilty of child sexual abuse. In many states, there is no statue of limitations and you are likely not her only victim. You may want to visit your local police station to file a report.
Depending on the laws where you live, you may also be able to pursue a civil claim, but you have a much better chance of winning if you have filed and are successful on the criminal charges.
The parents would not be at fault as they did not have knowledge that this was occurring.

It may or may not be illegal, I never know about those types of things. But it WAS wrong, and situations like this should never occur. That's absolutely disgusting, and in my opinion, girls like that shouldn't be allowed to live.
