How can I become charismatic?

Any tips. Is it an innane characteristic, or can it be learned?

I believe you can always improve yourself if you set your mind to it - you may have an easier or harder time of it depending on your inherent inclinations.

But if by charismatic you want to attain a warm and attractive personality, strive to acquire virtue. Your personality must have something attractive about it. First and foremost, think of other people more than you do about yourself. Don't be afraid to take risks, speak your mind, or show your feelings. Be open with people and forward, but not blunt or showy.

Whatever you do, let it be natural - be yourself.

it's innate, you either have it or you don't. but to some extent you can learn elements of charisma like confidence, or at least the perception of confidence.
