It's not the worlds fact, it's my fact. I been to D. M .V in Riverside and nice parts of Los Angeles. It's something "I" notice.I really wondering if you all notice that too. I was wondering if there the only ones who get that job. I been to at least 50 different D.M.V's.In my life time. And the only race I every saw working at a D.M.V is black people. It's not a mean question, it's just a question. Some of you get over it.

The reason for this is a bit complex... to begin...
Black population has increased...
Ever since America began, Blacks were looked down upon, after the civil war, the African Americans began fighting back sometimes with violence.
The rebelious aditude created a lifestyle that has changed into what it is today.
After the civil war when blacks were segregated, they never totaly became un-segregated so thats why we have area that are "ghetto".
Basicly, while some coexisited with everyone else and turned into an average person, to some of them their lifestyle of rebellion never left
today they are still looked down upon by some and there given minority over the more popular jobs. So they come to a DMV where they get decent pay and good benifets.

You can't say that it's a FACT, because where I live I only see White Folks working there. Maybe where you are there's probably more people of color who happens to be working in D.M.V. but not where I am.
So therefore, it is not a FACT.

There are only white people working at the one in my town, but I don't know why that is. Maybe we just don't have a very large black population.

Affirmative Action/ Equal Opportunity employing government agency coupled with government style stagnant workplace environment. It's basically one step up from welfare.

Many factors could come into play. .demographics, affirmative action laws, etc..
My concern is why you bothered to notice in the first place. Why does the color of someone's skin matter to you?
