you can not watch OTV on the web, you can only watch it on nile sat and the frequency is on their web site www.otvegypt.com.
I honestly doubt that they will air their programs on the web any time soon. I do not know of any channels in the middle east that actually do so. Some may post some programs or highlights but in general with the available bandwidth and the general internet speed, it is highly unlikely any station will air its programing on the internet.

i think till now it's not allowed to be showed on the web but
after that i think it will be in Otv website !!
