Its a company that makes laptops (LOL great answer right?) Acer uses HP parts to build their laptops, the only difference is that most HP or Dells will go though lab testing to make sure the PC is up to par, however Acer does not do this, if it turns on it works and it is shipped out to sell. They are nice PCs though for students or browsing the web.

It's a type of company that makes laptops, desktop monitors and all that kinda stuff. My flatscreen desktop monitor is actually acer brand and it works great so far. I've had it for almost a year so far..and no complaints with it so far.

acer is a brand of laptop.... They make very good laptops and will often pack them with big hardware cheaper than other comparable maker's.... I have friend's who use them at work, and they enjoy them and they're very easy to use... They dont have a big name like Sony or IBM, but they're making good ground, with many of my friend's ( manager's and professional's) using acer's at work....

ACER IS A MANUFACTURER, AND A VERY GOOD ONE. EQUIVALENT TO TOSHIBA AND EVEN SONY.

a computer company that makes wicked computers. they have entertainment computers, desktop replacements, work computers, and light and thin. they also have desktops, but their spesialty is notebooks/laptops.
